Thread veins (telangectasia) are enlarged blood vessels which lie close to the surface of the skin. They are visible and cosmetically unacceptable.

Thread veins on the face are slightly different from the veins on the leg.

Facial veins can be treated by using Laser or IPL with good results

Leg veins are due to various reasons that cause increased pressure resulting in leaky valves and new channel formation. These can be treated by Micro sclerothreapy and Laser.
