Contact Center Managementt :
Intact CRM maintains the customer information / database and receives customer complaints / requirements for spares etc. The system assigns a unique complaint no. / request no. to the customer which helps the customer to track their complaints. The software assigns the complaints or requests, to the concerned engineer / branches etc. for further action.
Campaign Management :
This module provides a capability to perform campaigns for any sales and marketing related activities or for any updates to be provided to customers. Maintains the data of all customers who can be selected partially or in full from the main database of customers to run the campaign. The campaign can be scheduled periodically as per the choice for an effective communication of the specific event planned. Campaigns can be run on Email or by SMS if an SMS integration with third party is facilitated.
Service Support Management :
Intact CRM helps you to manage your inventory of spares and consumables for effective after sales support which matters the most for an organisation like yours. The spare management system will monitor the availability of spares, re-order level and even generate an intent for purchase / manufacturing. AMC Management
